The assessment is based on a review of current and recently completed TAGs. Information was obtained from AusAID's files and reports, and discussions were held with a large number of AusAID staff. Australian Managing Contractors (AMCs), TAGs and selected recipeint government aid coordinating and line agencies were also consulted for their views. |
